This website is run by CA FNAWS, doing business as California Wild Sheep Foundation (“CAWSF”, “we”, “us”), a nonprofit organization at 1630 Williams Highway #151, Grants Pass, OR 97527. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Using this site

You may use this site for your own information and to support the chapter. Please do not misuse it, try to break or get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful. The text, photographs and logos on the site belong to CAWSF or the people who shared them with us, and may not be reused without permission.

2. Orders and payment

• All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
• We accept major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, processed securely by Authorize.Net. For now we can accept only cards with a US billing address.
• Your order is confirmed when you see the confirmation on screen and receive a receipt by email. If you do not receive a receipt, please contact us.
• If an item was listed at the wrong price or is no longer available, we will contact you and refund any amount you paid for it.
• CA FNAWS, doing business as California Wild Sheep Foundation or CAWSF, is a nonprofit organization and donations may be tax deductible. Drawing entries and event tickets are not tax-deductible contributions.

3. Refunds and cancellations

4. Limits on our responsibility

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, CAWSF is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.

5. Governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies to orders placed and drawings entered after that date.
