2022 Celebration of Conservation
You are Invited!

Although we have enjoyed much greater success in defeating the seemingly endless threats we face, we have never taken time to pause and collectively celebrate. I believe it is time to do so.

I am pleased to be working closely with “
The Outdoor View to present a “Celebration of Conservation” on October 22, 2022, at the Shakespeare Club in Placerville. Please see attached “Save the Date.”

This is NOT a fundraiser - this is a CELEBRATION! But there will be a small “yet to be determined” charge for attendees – only enough to cover the cost of the hall, food, band, and other expenses. We also going to do a short auction to help offset costs.

The event will include a dinner (catered by CA WSF’s own Ken Crother!), live music from Bob Kinney &
The Livin Daylites, dancing and comments from Assembly Member (and candidate for Congress) Kevin Kiley, El Dorado County Sheriff John D’Agostini, and CDFW Chief of Enforcement, David Bess. The evening will also include the “Grapefather” himself - Nello Olivo – pouring his award winning wines, and Gary Ritz of Hwy 50 Brewery in Camino pouring his handcrafted beers.

Please see the attached “
Save the Date” and plan to join us at this unique event. Better yet, grab a table of eight or ten and invite your leadership, members, friends, and family who share your commitment to a strong future for wildlife conservation in California. But space is limited, so please let us know if you can join us so we can hold a place for you.

Please also feel free to share the attached “
Save the Date” with others who may want to enjoy this unique event. An invitational flyer with all the details will be sent out later this summer. In the meantime, help us get word out so we can PACK THE HOUSE!!!!

I really hope you can join us that evening. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
